Frequent Questions
Can I drink/pay as I go with a General Admission ticket?
No. Alcohol consumption by anyone without an adult wristband is strictly prohibited on Festival grounds.
What if I decide I want to drink alcohol AFTER I've purchased a General Admission ticket?
You will be able to "upgrade" your General Admission ticket to an Adult Ticket any time at the specially marked booth inside the front gate. The cost (for each day you have a valid General Admission ticket) will be the difference between the 1-day General Admission price and the 1-day Adult price.
Can you send me (my) tickets?
No. All tickets MUST be printed by you prior to the day/time you wish to attend the festival. We do not have the ability to mail, email, or will-call your tickets.
I didn't/couldn't print my tickets at the time of purchase. What can I do?
A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout that contains a link for printing your tickets after the initial purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder (for an email with the subject "AWMF Order Confirmation") if you do not see it in your inbox.
I don't have a printer. Can I still attend the festival?
Yes. Tickets are available for purchase at the gate during regular festival hours.
My credit card was declined one (or more) times but the charges for those are showing up on my card. Why??
If your card is declined, any charge that shows up as a result is NOT actually a charge but rather a pre-authorization. Since it is not an actual charged that will be settled, the pre-auths with be automatically removed by your bank within a few business days. For more information, please see this page
Are we allowed to bring food/drinks into the festival?
Sorry, only food for special dietary needs attendees and infants/toddlers is allowed to be brought in. Each person can however bring in one plastic bottled water. There will be lots of food, drinks, and water available for purchase at the festival.
Are pets allowed at the festival?
No, sorry. No pets are allowed on the festival grounds.
Do I need to bring a chair for seating?
No, there will be chairs throughout the festival and the seminar/music/brew garden tents will have plenty of seating. Besides, you probably don't want to be carrying a chair around the whole day when it's 95F+ degrees. You are however allowed to bring a blanket if you prefer to sit on the grass.
